1.      Checking of the documents received to ensure conformity with requirement.

2.      Preparation of a Defending Petition  

3.      Submission with the DGAD, Ministry of Commerce  

4.      Follow up with Office of Director General of Anti-Dumping (Ministry of Commerce & Industry)   

5.      Preparation and submission of additional information, if any. 

6.      Follow up till withdrawal or cessation of complaint.
